Our Organisation began in 1993, with the first journeys taking place in 1994. The Group is constituted as Bishop’s Castle and District Community Transport, but is known as Bishop’s Castle Dial a Ride. In 1996 coordination of the local  Voluntary Car Scheme was undertaken.
